Ultrasound
If you are scheduled for an ultrasound , please do not eat or drink anything after midnight prior to the test.
Where to go
St. Vincent's has two places where patients may have their ultrasound scheduled. Patients with their ultrasound scheduled at St. Vincent's Hospital should check in at the Patient Registration desk in St. Vincent's main lobby. Patients with their ultrasound scheduled at St. Vincent's North Tower Imaging Center should check in at the registration desk in the North Tower Imaging Center located in suite 400 of the North Tower.
Ultrasounds are also performed at St. Vincent's One Nineteen Health and Wellness .
Parking
For patients with their ultrasound scheduled at St. Vincent's Hospital , valet parking is available at the main hospital entrance. Patients with their ultrasound scheduled at St. Vincent's North Tower Imaging Center should park in the North Tower parking deck. For a printable campus map, click here.
Financial Arrangements
If you do not have insurance, please contact the Business Office prior to your admission at (205) 838-3910 and ask for a financial counselor. Call between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Based on your insurance coverage, you may be asked to pay your deductible or co-pay at the time of registration. Payment can be made using cash, check or credit card.
