St. Vincent's Cardiovascular Care Center offers a variety of services to assist patients with cardiovascular problems. These services aid in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular disease. These services include:

Our Location
St. Vincent's Cardiovascular Care Center registration is located on 5-East in the main hospital campus. Various waiting rooms are available on the 5th floor of the hospital. 5-East registration is open Monday-Friday from 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Online Pre-Registration
To help cut down on time and paperwork of registration, forms can be completed electronically on the Internet from our web site. Online Preregistration forms are found in My St. Vincent's . From there, you will be able to safely and securely enter the information needed to register you for your procedure. Please keep the reference number given at the end of your pre-admission and bring it with you to your procedure.
On the Day of Your Procedure
If you are scheduled for an Arteriogram, PTCA, Stent placement, EP Study, Pacemaker Placement, or an AICD placement, please do not eat or drink anything after midnight prior to your test.
If you are scheduled for a Nuclear study or a GXT/treadmill, please do not eat or drink anything 4 hours prior to your test. Please take only your heart and/or blood pressure medication the morning of your test.
If you are scheduled for a MUGA scan, Echocardiogram, EKG, Event Monitor or Holter Monitor, please wear a blouse, t-shirt or sweater with a skirt or pants, as you will be asked to undress from the waist up. You may eat/drink before these procedures.
Parking
Valet parking is available at the main entrance of the hospital. Parking is also available in the Building 1 parking deck located on 10th Avenue South. A map of the hospital campus and parking areas can be found here. A crosswalk is found on level C in the parking deck. This crosswalk will take you to Building One. Please follow the signs to the Cardiovascular Center in the hospital. Take elevators 8 or 9 to the 5th floor. Registration will be to the right.

Accommodations
St. Vincent's Centennial Lodge is designed to provide comfortable, close and convenient overnight accommodations for patients and their families. The lodge is a convenient place to stay the night before an early morning procedure. Although reservations are not required, they are accepted and may be made by contacting the Centennial Lodge reception desk at (205) 558-3800.
Financial Arrangements
If you do not have insurance, please contact the Business Office prior to your admission at (205) 838-3910 and ask for a financial counselor. Call between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Based on your insurance coverage, you may be asked to pay your deductible or co-pay at the time of registration. Payment can be made using cash, check or credit card.
