To help cut down on time and paperwork of registration, registration forms can be filled out electronically on the Internet from our web site. Online Pre-Registration forms are found in My St. Vincent's. From there, you will be able to safely and securely enter the information needed to register for your procedure. Please keep the reference number given at the end of your pre-admission and bring it with you to your procedure.
