The Cancer Program at St. Vincent's East is accredited by the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer (ACoS COC) and the Joint Commission. The center is an active member of the Association of Community Cancer Centers. During our most recent ACoS COC survey in May 2010, we received full accreditation with all eight commendations from the College.

ADAC treatment planning system with RT archive
Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT) with digital portal imaging
Departmental electronic medical record
RadCalc quality assurance software
Fusion software provides fusion of image data from various modalities
The program focuses on clinical care excellence through a multidisciplinary approach, including care coordination, government program services, laboratory and pathology, nutrition, pastoral care, radiology and surgery. The program offers support groups, awareness programs, assessment programs, and community education.
