Adult Volunteer Program All adults who wish to volunteer are invited to join the St. Vincent's East Auxiliary. Volunteers must submit an application and authorize a background check. An interview with the Director of Volunteer Services follows the successful application completion.
Based on needs and desires of the applicant, a suitable placement is made. Following a hospital orientation and TB skin test, the new volunteer is placed and trained in the position.
Volunteering is not just about donating time – it makes for good therapy for one's self!
You will witness the positive effect on others and receive the same in return. Members
of St. Vincent's Auxiliary have fun, develop new friendships and contribute to a better life for others and themselves.
