At St. Vincent's Occupational Health Clinics (OHC), our staff consists of only licensed physical and occupational therapists, a certified radiology technician, certified MCCTs, and medical assistants. Members of our clinical staff are certified in Breath Alcohol Testing, Audiometry, Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT), Worksite Assessment and Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE). Dr. C. B. Thuss, Jr. is a practicing third generation Occupational Medicine physician. The Thuss name has been synonymous with Industrial/Occupational Medicine since their first clinic opened in 1924. Dr. Thuss, Jr. was one of the first Certified Medical Review Officers in the United States and currently serves on the Board of the Substance Abuse Program Administrators Association. He is a member of the Advisory Committee on Athlete Drug Testing of the A.H.S.A. Drugs and Medications Program for the U.S. Olympic Committee National Anti-Doping Program. The year 2012 marks 88 years of Thuss family involvement in Industrial/Occupational medicine.
Michael Cloyd, MD, MPH, FACOEM
OHC 2 - Lakeshore & Green Springs
Dr. Cloyd is Board-certified by the American Board of Preventive Medicine/Occupational Medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Occupational & Environmental Medicine. He has practiced occupational medicine for more than fifteen years. Dr. Cloyd is a Certified Medical Review Officer (MRO) for evaluation of drug screen results and consultation about work-place substance abuse. He is also qualified to perform medical exams for Federal Aviation Administration Class II and III pilots, and has special interests in Travel Medicine and Hazardous Materials
