Vincent's East are using the state-of-the-art da Vinci® Surgical System
robot to perform complicated urologic and gynecologic procedures with a degree of precision,
control, and dexterity traditional surgeries simply can't match. Scarring is
drastically reduced. Recovery time is measured in days instead of weeks. And
pain and the potential for complications are minimized.
St. Vincent's East welcomed the da Vinci® Surgical System to our operating room and community in August of 2010. The robot is a significant arrival because of the value it offers our surgical staff and the patients in the region we serve.
